1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from ThickenHers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Results from ThickenHers EMS Shorts vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Best results are achieved with consistent daily use over 4–6 weeks combined with a healthy lifestyle.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you confirm that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at thickenhers@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped it cannot be cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including text, images, logos, graphics, and the ThickenHers brand name are the property of ThickenHers and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use our site to transmit any harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent content. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ThickenHers products are sold "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose. EMS technology is intended for general wellness use and is not a medical device. Do not use if pregnant, have a pacemaker, implanted metal devices, or active medical conditions without consulting a physician.
9. Limitation of Liability
ThickenHers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
